Typography trinity: Space Grotesk for display, Inter for body, JetBrains Mono for code. Three fonts, one voice. Adding a fourth is a tell that you don't trust any of them.
Show, don't tell. The product IS the demo. If your landing page has to explain what the thing does with stock illustrations, the thing isn't ready — ship the thing you're showing.
Never rename things to generic labels to make them 'more accessible.' Deepen the character like a Skyrim NPC instead. 'Mentor Agent' is forgettable; Aiyami is not.
Peacock blue, aquamarine, liquid glass. Never Cinzel. Never torch-and-scroll fantasy UI. The aesthetic target is Azuki meets Claude.ai — magical intelligence, not childish fantasy.
